Who:  This workshop is for anyone who finds that they don’t have enough time in the day and subsequently feels stressed out or overwhelmed.

Why: There are so many different planners and methods of managing time it is hard to know what is best for you.  As a result we can sometimes spend more time in creating a plan than understanding how to follow through with it.

What:  In this workshop we will help participants identify what planning and time management strategies are and are not working for them.   Facilitators will share insights on planning and time management as well as strategies that each participant can take and make their own in an effort to establish sustainable practices that ease overwhelm and thus supports mental health.
