I love this quote by Mary Oliver.  It reminds me that we have only one life to live, so live it well.  

Over the past several years I have come to fully appreciate the importance of living a life aligned with all dimensions of wellness.  This has meant learning to tune into my brain and body to determine what I need on a given day.  Some days it may be a physical work out, while on others I need a more quiet and creative space.  


Through my own coaching journey I have worked to align my life not only with my strengths and values, but also in ways that supports my health and wellbeing.  


I am a passionate believer in the importance of foundational health practices to sustain not only our physical well-being but also our mental well-being.
